After 10 years of scientific research as a Doctor in Molecular Biology and Biomedicine, I decide to make a total change of profession when I discover myself dissatisfied and disconnected from my life purpose..
This change was brought about, besides, due to a personal crisis resulting from an overcontrol of my mind that took its toll on me, experiencing emotional crises and situations of constant stress with strong somatization in the body, as pain and illness. This highlighted very strongly the total separation that I experienced between my body, my mind and even further away... from my spiritual BEING, of my essence, my true self.
But the most difficult thing came when I started my business. as a Feldenkrais professional: my separation from myself kept me full of fear and without confidence in my abilities, leading to more identity crisis and existential crises.
I felt like everything was an effort., that he had to control all the steps he took without error or mistake, demanding myself to the maximum and trying to control everything mentally, looking for the perfect and result-oriented strategies, towards a mental expectation, little in coherence with my personal wishes. It was clearly separated from my heart and very deep in my mind and my reason.. I felt very very lost.
With this attitude I only got failures, I consumed my vital energy and became demotivated due to my lack of faith, for being unloving and disrespectful towards myself and my process as an entrepreneur.
I was able to overcome all this thanks to the fact that I came closer to experiencing my own spirituality., first thanks to my personal practice of listening to the body, with Feldenkrais Method and Focusing and, in second place, thanks to my training and continuous interest in the ancestral wisdom of Kabbalah.
By connecting with my spiritual from the united body-mind, greater intuition unfolded in me., opening to something higher or more transcendental.
I kind of stopped “being so important” to myself and the thoughts about my immediate achievements..
I began to discover that I needed to be more in intimate contact with my spiritual SELF., dwell more time in myself as in a lovingly ordered unity in body, mind and spirit.
From this body-mind-spirit order, My personal life and my professional life are in coherence and congruence with the learning that my soul intended to evolve from before I was born..
With this new paradigm of how to live my life and how to live my entrepreneurship from the order of BEING, everything just started working, effortless, naturally and spontaneously, without “my mind having to control 100% everything” with super complex and very well thought out strategies.
It was something like flow, be open, attentive to receive opportunities, aligned with my BEING to be able to know “which yes which no”, or what is my path, or what are my correct decisions from my soul organized in body-mind.
And all this was and is possible, because my body has become a kind of compass, or pendulum that knows how to decide on its own without needing to be dizzy by excessive thinking.
Opposite, It's like feeling my body makes me productive with my mind., like a very fertile thought, that is in coherence with my BEING or with my soul plan.
and all this, I know that I can transmit it to other people and teach them so that their lives and their endeavors are as satisfying as they want., from the calm, inner peace, faith and self-respect.
Do you know what I have taken from all my learning?
Being able to help other people discover points in their lives that are limiting them and find new ways to overcome those limitations from self-respect, listening and love.
Learning to be able to accompany women entrepreneurs to lead their businesses from their spiritual BEING, aligned with your body-mind to be efficient and productive in your own leadership process from the body and from the BEING.
Eliminate excess logic that generates lack of clarity and psycho-emotional stress during entrepreneurship and facilitate the achievement of business goals and achievements.
